1. Scope of Services

1.1 Director Training & Business Coaching Services

Our Director Training & Business Coaching services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and leadership seminars, delivered in-person or online. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of senior directors and management teams.

1.2 Info Products

Our digital offerings include online courses, ebooks, and recorded webinars accessible immediately upon enrollment.

1.3 Goods

Branded materials, printed workbooks, and related merchandise are available for purchase and will be delivered by mail or made available for pickup as specified.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Director Training & Business Coaching Services

Clients may request a refund of fees for individual coaching sessions if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session date. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule up to two times at no additional charge. Sessions cancelled within 7 days of the schedule date or sessions that have commenced are not eligible for refund, due to coach and resource allocation.

2.2 Info Products

Requests for returns of digital products must be made within 14 days of access activation by contacting contact.html. Once digital content has been fully accessed or after the 14-day period, returns are not accepted, as digital files cannot be reclaimed. Approved returns will be processed within 10 days and credited to the original method of payment.

2.3 Goods

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact contact.html. Upon receipt and inspection, returns will be processed within 10 days and refunded to the original method of payment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

3. Rescheduling and No-Refund Justification

Live coaching sessions require allocation of coaching staff, preparation of materials, and reservation of resources. Therefore, any cancellation within 7 days of the session date is not eligible for refund to ensure fairness and effective resource management.
